If there was an option to rate this place a 0 I would. Absolutely horrible experience. Customer service was the absolute last thing they were worried about. I will not be bullied into paying more than what the service I asked for(and multiple times at that) costs. Also raising your voice and speaking with attitude and a bullying tone is not a good way to keep customers. Not to mention the shotty nail job I received. I am disgusted by how my experience went.
I once was a client and fell in love with Kevin and Kim but I went there one day and they had left. I was so upset I never went back. Today I found Kevin and Kim at Lee's Spa & Nails on Whittlesley. I was surprised and very happy.
Went here Memorial Day weekend because every other nail place was either closed or "too busy" and fell in love!! From when I walked in the door to my foot going out the door they were the kindest, most polite people. They have a TON of gel colors. More than I've seen at any nail salon in town. I would highly recommend them.
Every other place I went to in town was closed but I've been wanting to give this place a try and I was NOT let down at all. I'm a server, so my feet are top priority for me and they did AWESOME. Super sweet staff and great atmosphere, I have found my new place ❤️
They did a great job. Will definitely be going back.
