I seriously cannot say enough good things about this nail salon! I’ve lived here for 3 years and tried so many different places, and this is hands down the best. Every employee is so kind, welcoming, and friendly, and I’ve never once felt rushed or had a bad experience. They are incredibly detailed and truly take their time to make sure you love your nails. Wanting at 3:45. Was put in a station and told just a min. at 4:38 I was still sitting there and I left. When I left they started to apologize after not saying one word to me while I waited. Will not be back.
I’m always so happy with my nails when Sandy does them at Royal Nail Spa in Auburn. She is truly one of a kind and so talented. Every time she does my nails, I get so many compliments! She pays attention to every detail and really cares about her customers. I also love that she uses a special AI-UV light that focuses only on the nails, which is way more safer than an ordinary UV light. On top of all that, she has such a fun and amazing personality. Highly recommend Sandy!
