Baylee and I have been going to Royal Nails in Clemmons for several years. We always make an appointment and every time one of them is screwed up and one of us ends up with a different tech. It’s literally an ongoing joke when we go. I truly believe their online appointment system is useless and the Manager controls it because the techs usually have no idea they have an appointment.
