Horrible customer service!! The website and google states the hours of operation and no one is ever available to help! There is no staff. The website doesn’t say no walk ins just terrible all the way.

I really want to like this place. 1st time getting dip. They chipped in less than a week. I returned to get 3 nails repaired. I was told to come back. I explained that I couldn't come back. The rude person another front desk was not going to accommodate me by getting someone to give me maybe 10 minutes. Dip is supposed to last over 2 weeks! The woman told me to "go ahead and write a bad review. I dont care." I immediately went to Ben and briefly interrupted his appointment. Sorry Ben. He was able to take care if the 3 nails ... read more
