This place has the worst customer service ever I called before I came to see if I get my nail fixed when I got there I stood at the counter for like 3 minutes before anyone said anything to me the lady asked me cuz she helped me and I told her what I needed she proceeded to sit down and do someone's toes and not help me and no one else came up to help me so I left I would never ever ever go there again
So my aunt (Mimi) really made me happy because she always makes my toe nails so pretty and beautiful, and also it was free because my mom (sandy) is the owner. So.. I really give a 5 star!!
Place opens at 930...got there at 1030...lady asked may I help you...I said lashes...she said something to someone in the back...I signed in and sat down...about 5 mins pass, I ask do you know how long it will be...she says...1130!! She was really gon let me sit there for an hour and not say anything.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! There was a wait per usual for eyelashes and eyebrows wax especially it was Graduation season…. Understandable. Came in was not greeted sign in and sat down. Mimi came to ask several people after me “How can I help you”. I said I was sitting here and I would like a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Bad , they rush on ya nails .. not even a week later and the whole acrylic lifting up literally. 10/10 wont recommend , don't get me wrong place clean they just have poor service
