Even though I walked in just a few minutes before closing, they still accommodated me without making me feel rushed, which I truly appreciated. service is always hit or miss, and the last 3 times, it’s been a HUGE miss. from getting a manicure and the polish peeling (not chipping) off the NEXT day, to staff that doesn’t listen to your request and try to force on you something you didn’t ask for, to old supplies that dry out my nails. last straw for me was a visit yesterday where I asked for a basic manicure. the lady painted my whole hand, then one by one started taking the polish off.
