I soaked for an hour, which took way to long. Asked for a towel to dry my own feet off. Ask if I could at least get the polish removed, since their was not time for the pedi. and they charged me sitting in the massage chair to wait on them $5 and $3 to remove my polish which was already peeling from the hour soak. They suck really bad at customer service and then started with attitudes and speaking in their language rudely.
