My husband and I have been going to Royal Nails since they opened in Grafton. We have always have great customer service and they all speak English. Don't let the fake bad reviews sway you! This is a great place!
I went to Royal Nails for a manicure and pedicure. I had caloused heels and the tech acted disgusted and made faces to other customers as she worked on my feet. I will take my winter feet elsewhere. I hear the owner has multiple salons in the area and I won't go there either.
Very impressed. My daughter and her friends wanted to do something special for her Birthday and this was the perfect choice. They were so nice and the salon is very clean and professional. Would highly recommend this salon for any special occasion.
I love the service that I get at Royal Nails. I have been coming here for years, and they are always professional. I have referred many people to this shop because they always tell me how great my nails look. Give them a try!
Affordable and Great Services. I love this place. Affordable, quick, and you can always walk in the door without an appointment and not have to wait more than a few minutes. The qualities I get for my manicure/pedicure are great, I also get my eyebrows done there all the time and they always do an awesome job. See you next week Royal Nails. Christine.
I hate this salon; out of all the salons in the area this one is the worst :( PS: I agree with blushbaby, all their glowing reviews must written up by the owner or their affiliate.
I' have been looking for a great beauty salon/spa in Grafton for a long time. And finally I have found the best one for me. I work at the bank nearby Royal Nails, so that I can take care of my nails during my lunch. I always do mani and pedi there and it takes me about 45 minutes to an hour for both – with a quality service!!! Ohh and I was positively surprised with their affordable prices! So now I believe you actually can get a great service at low prices!!!
The sweetest Nail salon! I found out about Royal Nails Salon, from my friends and when I finally went there it lived up to all expectations. It's clean and not cramped like some salons I've been to. The employees are very helpful and fantastic. My manicurist is Hana, she is gentile, quick and super professional. In my opinion, the way an manicurist should be. I had a really great and satisfying experience at Royal Nails Salon - I walked in just after 6:00pm - waiting only seconds before being seated - and had one of the best manicures I've ever had. The young woman spent almost an hour with me - was meticulous and careful . The end result - I had a beautiful French manicure that drew many compliments at work the next day.
