Dong did my bio gel removal and gel nails, and I couldn’t be happier! He’s extremely gentle, detailed, and professional. Hands down the best person to get your nails done by. Highly recommend! I went to this salon a few weeks ago and unfortunately was not impressed. When I asked questions about pricing, the staff seemed irritated. There was also not much selection for nail colours, and despite confirming my colour choice multiple times, they didn’t end up using the colour I chose.
Tien did a wonderful job with the design I showed her. She absolutely nailed it 😃
I received an email from Royal Nails with $10 off my next visit as a Christmas gift. Today I went in and had a bio gel refill done by Dong. (He is absolutely incredible and as always did an amazing job!! Highly recommend him. ) Although a bio gel refill is $45.00, when he showed a woman my email, And after speaking to her in their language, I only got $5.00 off instead. Don’t offer a specific dollar discount and then not honour it. Disappointing to say the least.
I have been going to Royal nails for years. Tien, is such a sweet business woman, she did my eyebrows a couple years ago and is my, and my daughter's nail tech. I also get my pendicures and waxing done here, all the staff is great!
