very very rude customer service. every time i’ve been in there it seems like there annoyed. i had to go back 3 days after i got them done to get my nails fixed and it seemed like she was mad and rushing through it, she did not do a good job “fixing” them. not happy and never coming back.

This is an edit to my initial review 1 year ago. Generally I’ve had descent experiences here. However the last few times I’ve went in to get my nails done, it has been the younger gentleman doing them. He was nothing but rude to me. I had a broke off nail, and was needing a fill… he said “are we fixing this one that’s missing” and I said yes please. And he responded rudely with “well I don’t know if you don’t tell me” and I was like… why would I get 9/10 nails done? I usually don’t post reviews but this last encounter got me... read more
