Hi, I wanted to share some feedback as a regular customer. I’ve always come here for my nails and pedicures and usually have a good experience, but lately I’ve noticed a lot of inconsistency in pricing and quality. On my last visit, I was charged $50 for a new set with just a solid color and $40 for a pedicure — almost $100 total for a pretty basic service. This time, I got a mani and pedi again, but the pedicure was extremely quick (less than 15 minutes), with no cuticle care, just a file and polish, and I was charged $47. ... read more

Pricing was not consistent. The French tip service starts at $40 on the menu but we're ultimately charged $55 and $60. Mind you, we simply needed a basic French design yet were not given a price breakdown as to what the $40 price on the menu included (I didn't ask either as I simply stated I wanted a French design, did not specify what kind of supplies the tech should use as I figured "simple" would be understood. The place has expanded, the new hired people are Not very good. The prices have gone up, but the services have diminished in quality. Not sure if I will return again, even if it's super close to my house. They have too many new people that don't understand the language, which makes it hard to get what you want.
