I’ve been coming to Royal Nails and Spa for a long time, but unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue. The salon operates on a “first come, first serve” basis, yet I’ve repeatedly experienced being skipped. On multiple visits, I’ve checked in, been told to wait, and specifically requested Alan. I didn't like the way we were treated. They rushed me. The lady taking care of me was in a bad mood. Idk why maybe her age. I think she is the oldest in there. She did a bad job painting my nails. I just wanted to get out of there. My adult autistic son was almost forced to sit next to me and he was quiet all the time. I've never been treated like this before. I would never go back to that place.

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback as a regular customer. I’ve always come here for my nails and pedicures and usually have a good experience, but lately I’ve noticed a lot of inconsistency in pricing and quality. On my last visit, I was charged $50 for a new set with just a solid color and $40 for a pedicure — almost $100 total for a pretty basic service. This time, I got a mani and pedi again, but the pedicure was extremely quick (less than 15 minutes), with no cuticle care, just a file and polish, and I was charged $47. ... read more
