Great customer service and all and all I great buying experience
I bought a 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis. Funny story: got it home and less than 24 hrs. later, had to take it to a shop due to the intake manifold needing replacing. Am I upset...NO. The engines in these cars are renown for intake problem and it was just a coincidence. You don't buy a 16 year old car and expect it to work like brand new.
