Mike was the best I’ve ever delt with, made one phone call and he went to work. When I mean he’s the best, any question I had, he had a answer. This dude runs it by him self with his family and he is number 1 on customer service. He’s rarely there and when’s he’s not it cause he’s making a deal with a customer!!! For really this is the spot to holler at Royal Motors Inc Lexington!!!!
My husband and I just happened to find a vehicle on his lot we were interested in. We called him and got an answer right away. He was great with communicating and working with us. When we met him to look at the vehicle he was very friendly and honest. He kept his word and didn't waste our time. We would recommend him to anyone who's looking for a used vehicle! Thanks Mike!
