One of the few facilities that are truly locally owned and operated. I've worked with many of the storage facilities in the valley and Royal Mini Storage ran the best by far. Clean, secure facilities, a local that actually answers the phone, and clear pricing. Don't go to a facility that is running a bait and switch tactic that gets you in cheap, only to double or triple your rent in a few months with only an international call center to voice your complaints to. Best experience I've ever had with a storage company. Amazing customer service. Clean and safe facility. Location is a bit out of way but totally worth it for the level of service(referring to the airport location) It's run like a small company and the manager, Rolf is very accommodating.
