I have just moved in, everyone is very accommodating! Mike, Judy, and Sue have been most efficient, and helpful with our move. The place is beautiful, I'm near the waterfall, and it's just beautiful !
I moved here almost a month ago and I LOVE It here . I am close to everything the grounds are beautiful where you can walk along the river . They have a fire pit where u can hang out at night ., I got garage parking and My loft is amazing . I have my home office here and I love it . So glad I moved here
Got lucky with great unit overlooking the waterfall. Very friendly people who reach out to socialize. Lots of Sq. Footage found in few other places. The floors, wood beams n posts and huge windows with high ceilings act as a reminder of the buildings past. As does the halls and lobbies decorated with antique industrial artifacts, the cavernous common area Turbine Hall and outdoor deck sitting above the passing river.
