Everything on the menu is great. Visiting Brits say that they nailed it. Largest choice of scotches in three states, great beer list, friendly staff, and fascinating and unpredictable clientele. You can never tell what might happen at any given moment.
Royal Mile is the most authentic British pub in the Des Moines area as far as I’m concerned. There are a couple others that come close, but this is the spot if you’re looking to fill that anglophilic desire for authenticity.
