Very Helpfull and knowledgable – We completely came upon this lovely jewelry store, next to the Apple store at the fashion valley mall, by accident. We were drawn in by the selection, very refined, unusual and delicate. The owner and the staff are very nice and could tell you realy a lot make it easier to choose and they took very good care of us. Wonderful company to deal with... I purchased a pre-owned Rolex, and it was a great buy and great experience. Every step of the purchase was guided with experience and concern for my well-being. Stay Away – VERY negative experience, marked up prices, unheard of return policies, out-of-date jewelry selection, bad jewelry advice-- ruined my ring, awful customer service in Carlsbad store. Men wanting to buy jewelry for their girlfriends, fiancés, wives under the age of 50: take my advice and stay away.
