My son got a "wash and retwist" on Tuesday..this is what his hair looked like the next day 🤨 Is this what $110 gets you...?🙄 So disappointed 😒 And to add insult to injury, I was charged a $30 fee to take down the last style they did before starting this service. I asked if they could wave that fee since it was not indicated on the website and because we've been there a few times before...you know, good customer service 🤷🏾‍♀️ She declined saying it is extra work for the stylist (which I get) and they will add the charge ... read more

Do not ever come to this place. The woman who runs this place is so greedy her name is Renada. I one time came to her just for her to LOOK at my hair and she literally just snipped TWO strands off the length of my hair and she had the audacity to charge me $25 for that. I couldn't believe my eyes and ears. This place deserves zero stars. People, save your time, money and dignity and find another place to go to. Don't give this greedy business and store owner any money.

First time coming here and was told my daughter hair had dead ends. I told her she can do a TRIM! braids came out beautiful! Lasted a month and a half. Once I finally took them off and washed her hair my daughter hair was sooo UNEVEN!!!! I have to go to a salon to get her hair cut because the stylist did not “trim” my daughter hair correctly. Highly upset and paid close to $200 for a child trim, no extra hair added nothing her natural hair braided with beads.

NEVER , EVER GET A WAXING! no one there wants to, and most don't know how! Well!I didn't know this, so I asked for a eyebrow waxing Boy, what a mistake that was the women sat me in a shampoo chair my legs hanging, I'm kinda short. She didn't know how to use the wax. I should of known after 5 minutes of making up excuses that she was new to salon an hadn't used this wax machine before by the it was to late, half my eyebrows were gone especially the center part.
