Terrible company! Never answered any of mine or my roommates questions. When we first moved in the cleaners who cleaned the unit did such an awful job and even stole from us, when we brought it up nothing ever happened and it seemed they didn’t care. The repairs that were needed in our unit never happened and even the small things that were done were done very poorly. They have some first class agents that go above and beyond to serve their clients.
The main lady Angie was so rude to me when I was applying for a rental. When I walked into the building, she was walking out and she asked what I needed. I told her; my fiancé and I were interested in renting one of the rentals that we looked at and she looks at me and says that it has been rented, So it's not available. I understood that it has been rented but she said it rudely, didn't smile, and she walked right past me after saying that. Very unprofessional. Glad we decided to buy a house.
