Elliot made such a disaster on the sale of our house. He over promised and under delivered. We are currently awaiting a court date as the buyers of our home are suing us for items Elliot promised them but did not share with us or write properly in the contract. Elliot is no where to be seen. Took his massive commission and left us to fight a battle that is not ours. Elliot was referred to us by a friend that worked with him year ago. I dont know where to start to express how happy we were. We bought our first condo with Elliot, so you can imagine that we had a LOT of questions. Elliot was also patient and super responsive, he always had time for us. We saw places together, a few on our own... and boom!!!! We are moving in November.... THANK YOU Elliot for being an amazing realtor and such a great human been.
