My husband and I have used Rick on two different occasions- first to purchase a home, and second to both sell/purchase. Rick was also respectful, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I’ve used Rick multiple times.When I found my current home and wanted to look at it, Rick was on his honeymoon. I sent him a txt msg and to my surprise he txted me back letting me know his colleague could show us the house and he would connect when he was back. We had the house purchased within 2 weeks! He also sold my grandmas house over asking price! Thanks Rick!

As a first time home buyer I can admit I was definitely a little nervous in the beginning. Rick absolutely eased my nerves as soon as I met with him. He showed me 15 houses in less then a week and I managed to find exactly what I was looking for... way under my budget might I add! I would 100% recommend Rick to anyone!
