Unprofessional conduct by agent Kai Zhang: He booked a showing for 5:00 PM at a tenanted property, yet arrived 1.5 hours early without notifying or requesting any change through the listing agent. This caused discomfort for the tenant and demonstrated a disregard for proper showing protocols.
