Do not deal with Ann Barber she is a unethical women. We had an awful experience renting a condo from her. She did not deliver what we agreed apon and kept my deposit because of crumbs on the counter. We had scrubbed her condo before departing not because we needed to but because that's who we are. Cleaning was not even our responsibility
