Kelsey at Royal's is amazing! She made every step incredibly easy! We came in and I had a good idea of a ring design I liked. She found what I had envisioned and was able to show us what it would look like. I am so in love with my engagement ring and we will always be going back to Kelsey!
It’s pretty bad when the floor manager won’t even email you back after several attempts. Todd Salmon personally gave me his card and told me to contact him when I needed help. I did just that several times with no response. Really unprofessional behavior from a manager.
