Royal Jewelers does an excellent job taking care of their customers. Every time my fiancé and I have gone into the store they’ve been great about assisting us and showing us the fantastic selection of rings on hand! A bonus is they clean my ring every time too! I appreciate the great customer service!
Kelsey has been WONDERFUL to work with!! my fiance had a necklace made and Kelsey made sure he got exactly what he wanted (for me) and within a certain budget. I'm so grateful for all of her help while he was picking out my birthday present ❤️
Ask for Erin. She is so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I don’t have a lot of experience with jewelry, but she made it very easy. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase any items and felt that it was very much personal preference. The first band I tried on I loved, but they encouraged me to try on more to ensure that I loved it. They respected what I wanted and I would absolutely purchase through them again.
Kelsey at Royal Jewelers was very great! I am quite an indecisive person and she made the experience wonderful. We ended up getting my engagement ring, wedding band, husband's wedding ring, and another ring from Royal Jewelers. I highly recommend them! They give honest feedback and really go the extra mile.
