My son stayed here over the weekend with family members & came home with bed bug bites all over him. Which is not surprising now that I've read other reviews complaining of this place having bed bugs. If you can't be trusted to do proper housekeeping, then its an immediate 1 star for me. Pool also out of order.
I did book a room here, but immediately asked for my money back and they thankfully did not give me a hard time. I left because I was uncomfortable. The back parking area to the side entrance had no lights whatsoever and I didn't want to unpack my car in the dark (traveling solo). I did attempt to at least see the room, but when I walked through a side entrance it smelled overwhelming like mildew and cigarettes.
