Went to stay they and room wouldn’t look manger told us it was are fault it wouldn’t lock then refused to give money back for the room very rude people
Meh. Could be alot better. Wifi is terrible but can distract yourself with the TV. Cleanest dirty room ever. Like everything is put together. But like will find others hair everywhere. Close to the track tho so can't complain about location
Bad service we booked a room with two beds and they said they gave it away and would not help us the check in was weird
Absolutely atrocious having to use an automated kiosk to check-in while an employee sits behind the counter doing nothing. Booked 2 queen beds, but they oversold the queen rooms and refused to do anything about it.
