Rude customer service. Scared me away
Never spoken with a more rude and offputting customer service agent. Shut the phone on me mid sentence. Ask to speak to agent Gus (he is polite) if you make the mistake of even dealing with this company
Top of the line customer service, I bought the Studio 5000 PLC program for training purposes and Mr. Dallas Hogue helped me to activate my product software, they also provide PLC training classes here and great prices
