Sold to ACM and since most workers got fired and location closed. Toner quality and service just went down to the worse quality in the market. We are leaving them after 25 years. Very sad.

Sold and moved out of the area.
While this company may or may not be directly cold calling businesses they are FULLY aware of what is going on, I called to find out who sent it to me and they said they knew the vendor and that they would call me ASAP, as you can imagine I have NEVER received a call. If Royal Imaging really cared about these ratings they would stop selling to the alleged company that is doing this, so I am led to believe that they are in on the scam 100%
