RecommendedThey have been selling Modular Homes in the Charleston area for a long time I know of many people that have bought from them .They are a family owned company and have a great reputation. I think really the only modular builder in charleston that has been in buisness as long as they have.
Home installed in Oct 2005. Substandard installation. Site Superintendent of the job did not know what he was doing. House was not set right. Product looked great in planning stage. House was assembled incorrectly. Insulation under house has all fallen in. AC ducts installed in floors incorrectly causing the wood to sweat. Have already had to replace kitchen floor, bathroom floor and wash room floor. Stuck with it now, making it work. Have seen other modulars that were done correctly. They look great.
