I would like to say how happy I am with your services. I brought my elder Dobie, Greta, in for a bath last Saturday. Your facility is very nice, very clean, and everyone was exceptionally friendly. Greta was happy and beautiful when I picked her up. She still smells wonderful, a week later! we will definitely be back.🙂 I would like to add that Natalie was who took care of Greta that day. 🌹

I took my puppy here twice last year and was not happy with the way my puppy was supposed to be shaved. They didnt even blow dry him out. Also, the second and very last time I went to pick up my dog they didnt know which dog was mine. They brought out 3 different dogs on leashes as though they were mine after the second one I asked to go back and get my dog, which they wouldnt allow. The 4th dog was finally mine. I have been to many groomers in Wichita and as well as one in Andover. This was my first time coming to Royal Heirs Pet Spa buy, when I tell you this place is second to NONE, I am quite serious!! The place was immaculately clean, the employees were not only friendly, but actually care about making my fur baby's comfortable by getting down on the floor with them and putting them at ease. We have been very pleased they do everything we ask of them. Only one time did they bring the wrong dog out. But the desk person was new. I couldn’t fault him he was getting to know each dog.

Such nice place. All employees are so professional and kind all the dogs. I just love seeing all the ones that so needed groomed a long time ago. Are turned into a dog again. I am telling all dog owners about this wonderful experience.
