Nothing like your furnace not working Christmas morning and wondering how many people you are going to have to call before they answer, called Paul up and he was more than willing to come out and take a look. Within 2 hours he was over and had it up and running for us so we could continue on with our Christmas morning. Can’t thank you enough Paul!
Van drivers are reckless, almost ran me off the road and got a middle finger from the driver, if they are this inconsiderate on the road imagine how they will be in your home
Sadly I have to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. At my old house Paul and his crew did a lot of work for me. New furnace, water heater, AC unit, gas line and ran new venting. His work was always clean and completed in a timely manner which i am grateful for. But sadly since i have moved he has never reached out to me even though we have tried to contact him about problems with the furnace in our new house, so i believe if someone can take thousands of dollars from you and than all of a sudden never return phone ca... read more
Can't say enough about Paul and Royal, we had our boiler go out this winter and Paul and his crew worked tirelessly to get our old system out and a new one put in. Very thankful for Royal Heating and would recommend them to anyone.
