Driver of van #315 going I-275 north between 3:30-4pm should not be driving. The driver was either going to slow blocking up traffic or speeding, tailgating and being erratic. Before that on 480, the driver seemed to be pacing another Royal van in the lane to his right driving like they had a brain.
Driver of vehicle 422 nearly caused an accident merging onto the highway failing to yield the right of way
they are very bad drivers
