This clinic is professional. I had some foot issues and they diagnosed them quickly and resolved them for me. Highly recommend.
I was referred here by my physician for an after hours appointment. The receptionist was exceptionally unfriendly and rude throughout the booking process. She asked me to send photos of my condition to an unsecured email address in order to get a phone appointment. When I sent the photos, she called me back to chastise me about having an expired health card. Dr. Elizabeth Paupst is by far the most unprofessional and hostile doctor I have ever dealt with. Her office is impossible to get into — appointments take weeks or months — so when I developed a recurring UTI I had no choice but to use a pharmacy and walk-in clinic for urgent medication. When she finally called, instead of asking me a single question about my health, she berated me for going elsewhere and went on about her “being charged.” The call ended without her addressing my medical issue at all. I'm not sure who the receptionist for Dr. Johnson is, but based on my recent phone interaction, I found her to be quite apathetic and dismissive in tone. The conversation felt unnecessarily condescending, and the voicemail she later left came across in a similarly unprofessional manner — almost as if she was indifferent or even pleased that I wasn’t able to receive the service I had inquired about.
