My husband and I highly recommend Chef Curtis and his excellent team. Right from the beginning we knew we wanted him to cater our wedding reception based on his charming warmth and clear commitment to excellence -- and we hadn't even tried his food yet! We had a tasting later, and asked for a few changes, which Curtis executed exactly. The presentation and the food were exquisite, and our guests loved his authentic yet healthy take on low country cuisine!
The food at our reception was hands down the best food we have ever had at a wedding, and all of our guests raved about how good it was. Planning a destination wedding, we were nervous not having a tasting, but Curtis took the time to understand what we were looking for In our wedding, explain to us the preparation and cooking process, and even coordinated simple but elegant rentals for us.
