Smooth transaction This a huge dealership with hundreds of cars. It's so big you might want to drive around in your vehicle and do some shopping. I bought a new Wrangler here and they beat the next closest dealer by 400 bucks. Everything went very smoothly so I guess thats as good as it gets.
Talk to Ralph at this place I had a good experience at this dealership through their internet department. They had the lowest advertised price on the internet for a new Patriot 4x4 and had several to choose from just like their ad stated. Ask for Ralph Bradford and save yourself time and trouble.
Shady dealer Shady Dealings - part I: I found an ad for a used Wrangler in great condition on craigslist and it turned out to be Royal Gate. Went in and met with Dale T. and we worked on a price and agreed to one. All along I told him I had my own financing at 6%. When we started to fill out the paperwork, they tried to sneak in paperwork for another loan at 8+%. This was no mistake, and I was furious enough to leave. Royal Gate Dodge/Find Another Dealer/January 2008 Oh My Gosh - I don't know how this place stays in business. I guess our salesman didn't take us seriously that we were looking to buy a dually, 4-door, 4-wheel drive Dodge Ram... He wasn't interested in helping us find the one we wanted because they didn't have our "perfect" vehicle on their lot. Awesome internet department! This place is awesome. They sell Certified used cars with warranties to 80 thousand miles.Huge inventory and golf carts to get around in. Much bigger with a wider selection than the other Dodge Jeep dealers in the area, most of which won't certify their used cars. Why buy a car that isn't certified when you have a choice? Metro Chrysler Center We were in the market for buying a new car so we decided to check out Metro Chrysler Center in columbia. The staff was very friendly and they were very helpful.
