I have been living in this complex over 10 years and my experience has been great so far! I haven't encountered any major issues with my apartment and management has been very helpful! The super for my complex ( Kyle) has been very helpful and goes above and beyond to fix and resolve any issues that come up in my apartment. Every time I request his assistance to help, he doesn't hesitate to offer the solution and provide a date and time to come in to fix it. I give him a lot of credits for taking care of our complex! We have been living in Royal Garden complex over 10 years and our experience has been great so far! The management office ladies ( Michelle, Mary and Marlyin) have been very helpful! They go above and beyond to address and resolve any issues that come up in our apartment. Every time I reach out to them regarding any issues in our apartment, they doesn't hesitate to respond right away asking the super to come to investigate the issue and provide a date and time to come in to fix it.
