We were a little concerned with the outside appearance, but looks can be deceiving. Our room was clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom, clean floor, clean throughout. Could have more TV channels, but our priority was not the TV, so we'll excuse that. The front desk staff were courteous and friendly and we had no problem checking in. The parking lot could have more room, but we had a parking space each day. This by far the worst dump in Salt Lake the people running it condone the use if pit my kids where on vacation there n the smell of pot was so bad it came in there room the front office did nothing n when the police was called they threw them out at 11:30 at night the room was filthy it took them 3 times too get a somewhat clean room and with my grandchild they have to drive home with little sleep. The front end night auditor was rude n customer service skills are horrible my kids where harassed and evicted cause they prefer... read more
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Booked for two nights, ended up staying only one. The shower was missing tile, there were mouse traps in the rooms. The walkway was dirty as hell. While we ate our continental breakfast, the housekeeper came into our room (while the do not disturb sign was on the door) and messed with our electronics. They also took the sheets and pillows off of one bed and put them on the other. Didn't make the beds. Trashed the hotel more. Wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hate!
Super ghetto! Dirty carpets, bed had cigarette holes and stains on the blanket. Some of the plugs didn't work and the mattresses were uneven. Poorly maintained and outdated. Nothing "Royal" about it! Nasty!
It was not very good, tv didn't work. Breakfast was not good at all.
