Worst place yo stay, my family and I checked in there Tuesday night (12-5-17) and the first room they gave us the lights between the beds the cord was cut in half so they gave us another room and that room was so dirty the floors weren't vacuumed,the beds were hard as a rock and then Wednesday morning (12-6-17) we wake up and my mom went to the bathroom and found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor and lots of mold on the ceiling in the shower and then like 5 minutes after that the housekeeper just open the door didn't ev... read more
WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Terrible, lazy, rude, threatening staff (Esther at the frontdesk)! Disgusting, filthy rooms! When we couldnt have another room, we booked a new hotel, but Esther (screeming) still sharged us for a night, because we had been there from 3.30 until 4.47. DONT STAY THERE!!!!!!
This place is a complete dump... Walked in the room and it honestly looked like a room out of a crime scene movie... smelled horrible... and the staff was so rude.. word of device if the price is to good it's probably not worth it .... I'll never make that mistake again... DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE ITS FILTHY....
I think it's nice for the money...staff is nice, stay was pleasant. Breakfast was great, make your own Belgian waffles...
Terrible hotel! Staff lazy and rude, housekeeping must be napping or eating because they never showed up and the front desk was of no help. Security doors always unlocked and propped open. Filthy carpets, curtains falling down, bed lumpy and sagging, upholstery filthy and worn out. Don't stay here if you can help it
