I've been seeing these apartments for 9 years, the managers are unpleasant, whenever something doesn't work they charge you for everything, they have to fix it because that's what you pay rent for, if the air conditioning doesn't work they charge you, they never fixed it, the food spoiled and I had a broken stove for a year, I had to buy a wire grill so I could cook, they are not professional at all, they have evicted many people unfairly, they don't give you your deposit back if something happens. ⚠️La atención de los jefes hacia los inquilinos es pésima, además de la mala calidad de los apartamentos para los precios de renta. Recomiendo que no se muden para ahí ya que van a buscar una excusa para no devolver el deposito. ⚠️The attention of the bosses towards the tenants is terrible, in addition to the poor quality of the apartments for the rental prices. I recommend that you do not move there since you are going to look for an excuse not to return the deposit.

I do not live here but I pass by this place often because I deliver shingles to ASO Roofing which is basically next door. So if you take a look at my picture you will see the entrance of this apartment complex and it is always like this, I got 5 trucks in front of me that are all parked on the side of this small road waiting to be offloaded. It I basically a one way road because only one car can pass at a time. So if this is something you want to deal with everyday go ahead and put in an application for this place.
