Dave and Gabriel were very friendly, professional, and precise when it came to my two gate repairs today. I called in because the wheel had came off of my back gate and the latch on my pedestrian is broken. Royal Gates is fantastic to work with. They are extremely responsive, timely, detailed, and professional. Roy and Eugene completed a motor replacement on 2 garage doors, reprogrammed garage clickers, and worked on our intercom all within 24 hours of reaching out to them. I called yesterday for my antique broken electric gate to be updated and the job was completed today. It was effortless on my end.
