Ordered a mattress that was on display and was delivered a totally different mattress. Owner was rude and not willing to make it right

Susan helped me to find a lift chair on Jan. 31 that was on sale. It was special ordered for me and was delivered on March 6 by Angelo and Bo. They were on time with the delivery, set up the chair and checked the control for me...very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely go to Royal Furniture again.
Royal Furniture has been outstanding for us! Sue has been awesome and the prices can't be beat! They have had things delivered for us in NC, and beat the local NC price!
Have always gone here and Salesmen Kevin is the best tell everyone to go there and ask for him . Our furniture came today OUTSTANDING delivery men . We are so Happy , will be going back in a few for TV stand .
I recently purchased a bedroom set for my daughter from Royal Furniture. We have seen the same set at Belfort VA...but we thought it was pricey. I was told to contact Royal from a friend. I inquired if they had this peculiar bedroom set...and they did for about $1500 less. The customer service was excellent! The delivery was fast (they said 4-6 weeks....it was only 3) and the delivery service was excellent as well. They put together and set up everything! I will be using them again in the near future......
