We ordered our couch in the end of February 2020, just before covid. The sales personnel were great and helped us during and after the sale. While they were shut down, I was notified of the status of our couch. When it was finished, the delivery was prompt and set up complete. Great local business.

Kevin Jacobs was outstanding in his assistance: no high pressure, just lots of patience and clear answers to my questions, and he worked hard to get me what I needed in a reasonable time frame. they try very hard to find exactly what you want. We always go to Royal for our furniture. If they don't have it, they will get it for you--and at the best price
