Thanks for the friendly service The best thing about this business is that it is family owne. It shows in the attitudes of the employees. I could have stayed on the phone with Vicki all day! I called to receive a price quote on having a water cooler installed. She had Rodeny come out. He was really funny. He gave an incredible price and was able to install the cooler as soon as I could find the time. The availability is remarkable. Two days later I was coolin!
awesome Just thought everyone should know. I had 2 pipes break in my house while I was at work. I came home and saw water everywhere. I called RFP and not only did they come out but they called a restoration company for me and they were there at the same time cleaning the mess up and fixing the problem. The crew at RFP are such an awesome group of people.

What made my decision easier was talkin to the office manage regarding my concerns. I am aware that somethings you just can't price over the phone. It encouraged me to have a technician come out. Once Tommy arrived things were smooth sailing. He was able to give me a price I could afford. He was very friendly and very talented.
Highly Impressionable. My plumbing need was general. All I needed was a shower rebuild, and a change out of some faucet fixtures. I was simply looking to get an estimate over the phone. When I spoke with Vicky, she recommended that I have someone come out. "Ok" I said. It was a wise decision. The technician was able to give me a cool price quote and do the job on that same day. Impressed very impressed

Although it was difficult trying to explain to him what was going on with my sewage system backing up. He was able to figure it out. He gave me a warrantee on the equipement he installed. That made me smile. With a price that can't be beat, and a wonderful new system I sing this company's praises!
Tremendous amount of respect A well based company that has a excellent reputation. I was not happy that they had to dig up my back yard. But they really knew there stuff. Not only were they able to find the leak, they were able to replace the broken pipe and replace my torn up yard. I am a big fan of business who own what they are worth. This company has it all. I would highly recommend using them again and again.
Jobs done right I called another plumbing company out to fix my hot water heater and they messed it up. So I called Royal Flush Plumbing, they came out and saw what the other company did and it didnt take them no time to fix it. Thank U all so much.
