Sorry don't feel the same as these other people. They sent someone to repair my toilet a month ago, it's leaking again. They sent someone else out who told me he couldn't repair it, his back was hurt. The manager calls me and says someone will be out between 9 and 12 the next day, I wait, no one calls. I finally called at 12 and they have no record of that appointment, we will have to do it tomorrow. I'm dropping American Home Shield because everyone they use seems to have this same attitude!!
