Very pleased! Office staff has got to be the most courteous I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were more than willing to work around my hectic schedule. Technician that came out was just as fabulous. They have earned a customer for life!
Don't use this company! They either show up WAY late outside their 4 HOUR WINDOW or they don't show up AT ALL!! They did that to me TWICE!!! many hours of time have been wasted with me sitting around waiting for a plumber that would never show up. If this wasn't the company that my residential home warranty service sent out i would NEVER in a million years do business with this company again. Save yourself the time and the headache of dealing with these people!
