I CALLED ONE DAY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT MORNING. 'ANDREW' WAS HERE A FEW MINUTES BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME AND WAS FINISHED IN LESS THAN 1/2 HOUR. (I'M PROBABLY GOING TO MAKE HIM TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE BY SAYING HE HAS BEAUTIFUL BLUE EYES...AND I'M OLD ENOUGH TO BE HIS GRANDMOTHER SO I CAN SAY SO!) ANDREW WAS VERY POLITE AND CONSIDERATE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ROYAL FLUSH!!!
Had Royal Flush replace our leaking water heater with a tankless water heater. They were quick to response, the installation process was fast and easy, and they were more than $1000 cheaper than the next closest bid for the exact same unit. Highly recommend.
I cannot tell you how thrilled we were with the service we received from Royal Flush Plumbing! Our water suddenly stopped on a Saturday afternoon. RFP arrived early Monday morning and worked until we had water. The guys (Steve and Grant) were kind, knowledgeable, and cleaned up perfectly after they were finished. The price for the repair was at least half of what we were expecting! Please support this family-owned local business!
Such a friendly crew. I had the opportunity to meet Joe, Daulton, Kyle, and a brief visit from Andrew. They had the full repair done in less than a full day! This included time in a crawlspace and a clean out being installed in our front yard. The best part was the eagerness to get the job done and walking through each step. We had a minor oops from one of our kids accidentally flushing and Joe/Daulton handled the accident being courteous and professional, without taking their frustration out on us.
