We LOVE Royal Flush AC!!! We've worked with them before and they're always respectful, professional , on time and they NEVER try to sell us new AC units like other contractors we've been assigned through our home warranty company. Frank took 9 hours training with Trane and solved a complex issue with our new compressor and condenser units. Frank went to great lengths to get it done! Thank you Frank and Royal Flush!
DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. I purchased a 5 ton Trane unit from them in February 2024. The system has had the compressor replaced and several other parts. Additionally the put too much refrigerant in the unit causing additional issues to my cooling. Lastly the unit is too big for my home so it turns off and on throughout the day resulting in a $150 increase in monthly electricity bills. I have a 2100 sq ft home. BUYER BE AWARE!!!!!!!!
American Home Shield sent Royal Flush AC and Heating to my house the day after I requested air conditioning service. Justin was our technician and he was outstanding! He was courteous and friendly while he worked. He found the problem quickly after checking all pieces of the A/C process. He also found the issue causing the problem and offered a fair-priced solution so we could avoid this occurring again (it has happened 3 times this summer). I feel confident recommending Royal Flush AC and Heating.
