Don’t move to any properties that have their name by it they are a slum landlord the maintenance crew took the toliet off and left for hours didn’t cover it or turn the water off in the apartment building.This one of many reasons why I left the property…Spoke with Pam multiple of times of problems I had in the apartment was getting the run around. I been here only a week, the plumbing was like this when I moved in. I tried to stay positive and submit a maintenance request… it took 3 days for them to visit. They came here to plunger the toilet and moved along. It keeps backing up and even worse!!! The poop in my tub is NOT MINE BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO POOP IN THIS BATHROOM D/T this being an issue since I moved in. Don’t get me started with the cracks I over look behind the door. This place sucks. The apartment management knows that parking is limited and there always a shortage of available parking space. But they allow private tow company to harass residents everyday towing vehicles. We just want to pay rent and sleep in peace at home. No that not enough we have to play parking wars. They don’t even respond to maintenance requests in timely manner. They barely repair anything. It really does not take a lot to be a decent company. URGENT! Do not move here unless you are open to being greeted by a roach infestation shortly after move in day. Too uncomfortable to move in my personal belongings and too disgusted to allow my child in his infested room. 23 days of absolute misery and not a single call from the property manager instead , I received an email requesting me to only contact her via email concerning this matter.
