I found Diadem Jewelers from a Google search. I came to repair my necklace. I found a very kind employee, Micah, who quoted the reasonable price of the repair, described the repair process, and quoted eight days before I got the repaired necklace back. I would recommend the jeweler to others.

I needed some minor jewelry repair and Brian was able to take care of my needs immediately. The cost was quite reasonable and Brian's level of customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning to Diadem for my future fine jewelry needs.

Our family has been using Diadem Jewelers since 2002. We have bought rings, bracelets and watches at the store. I recently had a ring appraised as well as had a watch battery replaced. With each experience, we have found Brian and Sterling to be very helpful and friendly but more important very knowledgeable about their products. I also just purchased a Diadem men's watch and am extremely pleased with it. I highly recommend this jewelry store and will continue to use it in the future.

We needed a watch for one of my sisters, it was a BIG birthday. The first place that came to mind to find something worthy of our sister was Diadem Jewelers. It was a wonderful experience and we all couldn't be happier; including the birthday girl. The staff worked with us, gave us options, made suggestion and we selected a beautiful watch. I drive TWO HOURS for the quality and service I receive at Royal Diadem! I was living in Greensboro when Royal Diadem opened and quickly became a fan of the quality pieces at fair prices. I currently live in central Virginia but in 6 years have yet to find a jeweler locally who compares. Thanks, Royal Diadem!!!

The staff at Diadem Jewelers provided the utmost quality in customer service. Sterling made the process of designing the engagement ring and wedding bands as easy as possible. We got my engagement and wedding band there, my husband's wedding band, an antique ring for my mother, my brother got a ring, and I just recently designed a custom necklace to be made from my mothers engagement ring.
